Bug#351468: gnome-control-center: Can't use Emacs for preferred mail reader

If I set Preferred Applications > Mail Reader to

  emacsclient --eval '(mh-user-agent-compose "%s")'

then when I use Context > Send Email in Galeon on a mailto link, for
example, my draft buffer in Emacs has %s in the To field, not the
address.

If you don't have emacsclient from Emacs 22, you can reproduce by using
the following command instead:

  vi '(mh-user-agent-compose "%s")'

and checking off the "Run in a terminal" box. The name of the file
should not have the %s in it when you Send Mail from a mailto link.

Might be related to Bug#236153. Despite what upstream BTS says, the
problem persists in 2.10.

If this isn't the appropriate package for this bug, could you please
forward it for me, please?
