Bug#352743: gdm should start after console-screen

If gdm starts before console-screen.sh, the keyboard is so messed that 
it is impossible to login. Switching VTs is enough to reinitialize the 
keyboard to a usable state. This may be a bug in X or in console-screen 
or in both. Yet I would like the LSB block of the gdm init.d script to 
contain a "Should-start: console-screen" line. It would document the 
issue and prevent their starting positions to be swapped. Thanks.
