Yes, my locale is supported by Monospace font.
Furthermore, bug doesn't reproduce on version 1:0.11.20-1. But I
didn't change my font settings last time...

So, it seems like it was fixed inderectly.
All russian characters are now diplayed correctly.

Think it now could be closed.
