No, you're wrong, this manpage was intended to document a command, which
has disapeared. gnome-keyboard-properties replaces it and should be
documented instead. There is no gnome-keyboard-applet command, then no
reason to name a manpage after it.

I'm then leaving this bug open, so Guiherme can fix it.
