Bug#349861: sound-juicer: Silently creates zero length files if
disk is full.

Package: sound-juicer
Version: 2.12.3-3
Severity: normal
I didn't have much disk space free when ripping a CD to flac using
Sound Juicer. Sometime during the process the disk filled up (sans the
reserved for superuser part) and the file that was being written at
the time was truncated. The remaining tracks on the album were written
as zero length files.
When the rip was complete Sound Juicer prompted me with the standard
eject, open, close dialog box.
Further experiments showed that it doesn't notice that the disk is
full - it just keeps on ripping. There is no error message or other
indication that the ripping has failed.
I wonder if a similar lack of message would result if ripping was to
an NFS server that went away or similar.
When I tried to initiate ripping when the disk was full as a further
test it did give a "file not found" error message which is at least an
error even if it isn't particularly indicative of the cause.
