Bug#350140: nautilus: desktop artifacts when background image is tiled

When Nautilus is drawing the desktop and the background image style is
set to tiled (and the image is small enough that it actually tiles on
the screen), the background does not get redrawn properly. Windows and
icons leave trails on the background when they are dragged.

It seems fine when the image style is any other style (fill, center,
scale) and also when the image is large enough that no actual tiling
occurs (bug does not manifest when setting an image larger than the
desktop to "tiled").

I've attatched a screenshot that shows the problem clearly.
