Bug#347574: nautilus: freezes in xnest xdmcp session when dragging an icon on the desktop

Note that this may not be to do with just VNC as I just came across the
same problem when using Xnest. Using tsclient I connected to the remote
machine (actually localhost but as a different user) using the XDMCP
protocol, which opens in Xnest.

I could create a folder and name it, and I could right-click on it and
send it to Trash. Nautilus hangs when I try to drag any desktop item.

In ps ax I have:
  nautilus --sm-config-prefix /nautilus-WWM2Rw/ --sm-client-id   
  117f000001000113233937100000037770002 --screen 0
but for the remote I have:
  nautilus --no-default-window --sm-client-id default2
if that means anything?

'kill -HUP <process#>' fixes things, and the ps output looks better(?)
  nautilus --sm-client-id 117f000001000113857279600000253100002
  --screen 0

If I try to drag again, the same thing happens (nautilus hangs).
