Bug#379040: gnome-panel: 2.12 -> 2.14: Panel window class definitions gone

I just upgraded the panel from 2.12 to 2.14 and immediately notices that
the panels began to disappear below other windows. I am using sawfish
and the WM determines the panel widgets by their window class and raises
them accordingly. Unfortunately, since 2,14, the window class has
switched to "<unknown>/<unknown>" which aint really good. Please put
back a sensible window class definition for all thos who dont use
metacity!
