Bug#379189: nautilus: no option to format zip disks in Computer Place

one has the option to format floppies in the nautilus Computer Place, 
but zip disks do not get the same treatment.  it should be possible to
format a zip disk in the same manner as a floppy in nautilus.

not this bug report is on nautilus 2.10.  i am not sure if this has been 
worked on for the newer nautilus releases.
