 Dependencies are here to express compatibility with other packages, not
 to workaround bugs in certain versions.  Beside, the exact bug has not
 been spotted, it's probably a bug in e.g. libxml2, and in this case we
 might need to add a dependency in scrollkeeper on libxml2 too.  This
 means two new dependencies to work around one bug.

 If it is preventing clean dist-upgrades, we might add it, but I think
 it is harmless.

 If you want, you can try a dist-upgrade from stable to testing in a
 chroot and report results.
