The problem exists which mediacenter.gmx.net, a service provided by the
free email provider GMX (http://www.gmx.net). They provide 1 Gig of
space per user which is also accessible via webdavs. You can open a free
account there to test.

Since this service is fairly popular, it has already been reported to
upstream, see http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=153054
