Bug#371090: epiphany-browser: location dropdown sometimes does not appear

When using epiphany with the metacity window manager, the following
happens:

- Open a new tab. The location entry will have the focus.
- Type one or more letters that occur in one of the bookmarks or history
  entries. E.g., if there is a bookmark 'Google', type 'goo'.
- The window will briefly loose focus, but nothing else happens.
  [Expected behavior: A dropdown will appear with all bookmarks matching
  the typed letters, and any defined smart bookmarks]
- Type some random letters so no bookmarks or history entries match.
- Now the dropdown appears, with any defined smart bookmarks.
- Backspace to remove the random letters.
- Now the dropdown still appears, with the matching bookmarks &c.

This bug does not occur when using sawfish as the window manager.
