Bug#371879: gnome-panel: folders in Places menu now open in gthumb!?

I did a dist-upgrgade today and rebooted. Now, the folders (bookmarks?)
in my Places menu open with gThumb, making them completely useless.

Obviously I'd like a fix, but if you've got a workaround that would help
tremendously. I've come to rely on the Places menu.
