This is probably because you don't have cupsys installed. This is
Recommended (this is a strong dependency). If you don't run any CUPS
server, you have to perform some manual tasks such as disabling the
gnome-cups-icon app from your GNOME session.
There's another angle from which this can be seen though: the *warning*
is probably useless (errors should be cascaded by libgnomecups to the
gnome-cups-icon and other libgnomeucps apps, I'm not sure it's useful
to print stuff on stderr). The warnings could be removed or displayed
only once.
