Bug#276175: fixed in unstable

Do you still have the same problem? This problem is fixed for me with the new
cupsys 1.2.1 packages in unstable. Yet the bug still remains if you decide to
keep the permissions as set in previous versions of /etc/cups/cupsd.conf.
