Bug#373146: Displays "Wrong permission for '/dev/pmu' device" at startup

Package: gnome-control-center
Version: 1:2.14.2-1

When I log in, gnome-settings-daemon displays an error dialog that
contains the following message:

 Wrong permission for '/dev/pmu' device

Here are the permissions for that device:

 crw-rw---- 1 root root 10, 154 Jun 12 20:08 /dev/pmu
