Bug#351452: gnome-panel: wnck-applet uses 100% of cpu

I've updated and that seems to have fixed the bug. I think I was incorrect
in my original post. I think it _was_ correlated with ssh-askpass, I just
wasn't always immediately aware of when it crashed.
