Bug#374268: gnome-dictionary: insists on using dict.org

gnome-dictionary has been rewritten, therefore the bug is due to
2.12->2.14 upgrade. If so, it's likely for this bug to be WONTFIX'ed
upstream. I'll talk to the maintainer later today.
