Bug#375119: totem-gstreamer: when playing .m3u play please adjust scale factor

Hi,

When playing a .m3u (a text file with URLs to a list of .mp3) it'd be
nice if totem 'mp3gain" each stream.  No idea if it appropriate to do
this at the totem level or the gstreamer level.

But it'd be a nice feature to have.
