Bug#370806: postinst trying to access /var/lib/scrollkeeper/(null)/scrollkeeper_cl.xml

Tracking the issue I also encounter via scrollkeeper
-v I end up "fixing" it by removing :
/usr/share/omf/update-manager/update-manager-C.omf

I am new to omf files so you may beat me at finding
out what s wrong with it . I am usinf etch with a
fr_FR.UTF-8 locale.
