Bug#375868: /usr/lib/libgnomeprint-2-2.la missing

It was under sid.

Binary file balsa-2.3.13/src/balsa matches

In the build system, the .la file is not mentioned explicitly.
I received the error during the link stage.  The compilation command contained
 -lgnomeprint-2-2  which is why the error occurred.

I hope this description makes sense...

Unfortunately, I don't have the build log, and I already downgraded to -4.  :(
