Bug#357688: gdict: Title on error windows

Hi,

   Recently I got an error window 'cannot connect to server' or 
something like that, the problem was that this window didn't have any 
title that would identify it it with gdict. It took me a while to 
discard between the web browsers, email readers, rss readers, and others 
who was giving the error message.
   I guess it would be very easy to do this and it will be very helpful.
