No, balsa 2.3.8-2 is linked against libgtkhtml3.8-15 (>= 3.8.1)

We want to ship Etch only with a gtkhtml3.x. Actually, there's 3.6 and
3.8. I started the transition to 3.8, opening bugs against the packages
that are still using 3.6. heikkih is packaging 3.10 right now, so hopefully
we'll have in Etch just a gtkhtml3.x >= 3.10. :-)
