Hi,

While backporting glib2.0 to sarge, I noticed that it does not build:

ii  dpkg-dev       1.10.28        Package building tools for Debian


It looks like there is a missing versioned build-dep on dpkg-dev; the
version in sarge does not understand -tudeb.  It would appear that this
was added in dpkg 1.13.12:


   * Add support "package types" to dpkg-shlibdeps. Patch by Joey Hess.
