Bug#359966: gnome-system-monitor: "Background", "Free" and "Idle" colors are not used on startup

When gnome-system-monitor panel applet starts, all the graphs have a black background regardless of the values of "Background", "Free" and "Idle".  The default color for "Background", "Free" and "Idle" is black, so this bug is not apparent unless you customize those colors.
