Bug#360099: gnome-games: build complains about "gstreamer-0.8 was not found in the pkg-config search path" - missing build-dep?

Trying to build gnome-games from source (to overcome bug#358399), I
received warning messages:

Package gstreamer-0.8 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `gstreamer-0.8.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'gstreamer-0.8' found

Does gnome-games require a Build-Depends: libgstreamer0.8-dev,
perhaps?

(This doesn't only appear on my system: some of the buildds have it in
their logs, too.)
