expected effect

Hi Mikol,
I can reproduce this... however what you describe also happens if I
don't pass any --role argument at all, ie.
WM_WINDOW_ROLE(STRING) = "gnome-terminal-12492-210322134-1146489571"
The man page (at least in 2.14.1-1) refers to the last created window.
If I run with "--window-with-profile=Default --role=bottom-left" then I
get the behaviour you want:
WM_WINDOW_ROLE(STRING) = "bottom-left"
It appears you must explicitly specify a window to use this. The
behaviour is documented, but since --show-menubar,--geometry etc. apply
without having to pass an explicit window argument, I agree this is a
bug.
