Bug#366902: gdict: Unable to perform requested operation error

Hi,

  I can't use thhe gnome dictionary anymore. Every time I performed a 
search, I receive a "Unable to perform requested operation" error with 
the message

Either the server you are using is not available 
or you are not connected to the Internet.

However, none of those seem to be the case. I'm using the default server 
'dict.org' and I'm fully connected to the web.  I can perform searches 
in the web interface from http://www.dict.org without problem.  When I 
go into the preferences window of the applet, after several seconds 
frozen  (presumably performing a online search) I got the configuration 
window but both 'Database' and 'Strategy' menus are blanked out.
