Bug#368549: gnome-session: Can't log out the first time I try; always saves session

The first time I try to log out from a GNOME session (or restart the
machine), I only get a popup saying that my session has been saved, even
though:

$ gconftool --get /apps/gnome-session/options/auto_save_session
false

I have to repeat the command for it to actually take effect.
