Hi Matt, Xavier,

Well I can definitely confirm the original report. I guess my main
question is whether this causes an actual problem? At most it would be
some unnecessary recalculation/drawing being done on the spurious
SIGWINCHes, but perhaps you have examples of more serious consequences.
