Bug#396992: gnome-cups-manager: gutenprint drivers are missing and no test page

As I looked into source, GIMP-PRINT and gimp-print everywhere in 
.../gnome-cups-manager-0.31/libgnomecups/gnome-cups-ui-driver.c

Also PO files has GIMP-PRINT everywhere.

Maybe they need to be changed since etch will be using gutenprint.
