[Bug 370736] Playlist becomes unresponsive to drag'n'drop

Proposed fix

The patch in comment #12 unblocks a unblocked signal handler (if the
button_release_cb function is called) and doesn't call gtk_drag_dest_set (if
the button_release_cb function is not called).
