Bug#398053: metacity: Second windows does not come to the front in fullscreen (e.g. xine-ui with 'show controls')

For some time now, using Xine (xine-ui package) in Fullscreen mode and
pressing [g] for 'show controls' shows the new windows only in
background and not in foreground as it did previously. I tested it by
starting a "X" without a window-manager and xine was working as it has
to. After starting metacity it didn't work again. The new package
(2.14.5-2) that just entered unstable did not solve this problem.
