 You probably have an icon theme cache.  Try "strace -f -e trace=file -o
 sol.strace sol" and see whether it opens an icon-theme cache or send
 the strace compressed to this bug report.

 The relevant card data image is
 /usr/share/pixmaps/gnome-games-common/cards/bonded.svg.
