Bug#399935: libgtk2.0-0: wrong cursor positioning on big words inside a text view

Typing a big word on a text view widget (wider than the horizontal space of the
text view), which is set to not scroll horizontally and to wrap on characters,
makes the cursor positioning not to work correctly when you click with the mouse
in the end of the wrapped line.

For example, on a text view screen that can hold 10 'a' characters horizontally
and that wrap on characters, if you type 11 characters the text view looks like
this:

\|a         \|
  -----------

But if you click with the mouse right after the 10th 'a', the cursor appears right
behind the 10th 'a' and not right after it or right before the 11th 'a' as
expected.

This behaviour can be seen on gaim and gedit (using the preferences "Enable text
wrapping" and "Do not split words over two lines").
