Bug#374640: gedit bug and its fix confirmed

Yes.  The third patch posted in upstream fixed both funny SCIM
(Chinese) and frozed UIM problem.  Just to be sure about which patch, I
attached the patch used here by me for testing.  (There was some offset)

Please upload fixed packege soonish.
