Bug#400529: totem-gstreamer: allocates XV surface even when video disabled

Hello,

I often use totem to playback audiofiles. I disabled the visualisations,
so I assumed, that while playing just audio, totem should not allocate
an (the only available) XV surface. The allocation should be done as soon
as video is to be played.
