Bug#400529: totem-gstreamer: allocates XV surface even when video disabled

Hello Sven,

thank you for your fast reply. I see no point in keeping the bug open if
upstream refuses to fix it. I think it's sad and the wrong thing to do,
but maybe I stumble over a _simple_ Musikplayer, that does the job I use
totem currently for.

Oh and the reason for marking the bug imported was my work in the last
two weeks, where I worked on DVD Images and having to shut down totem
(playing musik/audio book) just to preview the dvd with XV was more than
annoying (xine does not fall back to XShm, but (I think) opengl),
rendering totem pretty useless.

So mark the bug wontfix/closed or whats correct.

Thx

Matthias
