Bug#401014: epiphany-browser: add ability to add bookmark on toolbar during initial bookmarking

I find it uncomfortable that when I bookmark (Ctrl+D) a page that I
want visible on the toolbar, I have an additional step of visiting
Edit Bookmarks (Ctrl+B). If there isn't much space, you could remove
the 'similar' button since it's not noticeable anyways.
