Bug#394824: epiphany-browser: browser often auto-scrolls up when trying to click resulting in mis-clicks

It was a bit tough to describe this one, but for a long time now (at
least 6 months), Epiphany tends to quickly scroll up when clicking a
link. This often results in clicking the wrong links. This makes the
browsing experience really uncomfortable.
