Bug#314188: Announce of the upcoming NMU for the gnome-applets package

 I've received this message, and it seems to be automatically crafted;
 I'd like to suggest some improvements if these are going to happen
 frequently.

 I'm afraid I didn't get this notice, nor did the bug do.  I'm only
 maintaining gnome-applets via the PTS subscription, so if you mailed
 the Maintainer: directly, this isn't enough.  I think mailing the
 @packages.debian.org would have reached me, but I'm not 100% sure
 anymore now.

 I'm sorry these had to wait for so long.  It's been a while since I
 last was able to walk through all GNOME packages looking for patches or
 forwarding bugs.

 This sounds like it's missing the actual upload date.  You might want
 to reference the upload plan which you include below.

 The above sounds weird.  Looks like a bug to say that "The following
 translations are incomplete: <none>" and another bug to comment that
 this is even "after applying pending l10n bugs".

 Are you sure you want to write the same mail to both the translators
 and to the maintainer?  Sounds more complicated to read in the end.
