Looks sensible enough to me.  However:
- how does one create a new preset?
- I don't think the checkbox label should change; it should just be 'enabled'
or something

For this to be useful, there'd need to be a 'band-changed' signal on the
RBEqualizer class, so the plugin (or whatever) using it could modify the gst
equalizer element's settings when the user changes the EQ.
