Would that interfere with users who (like me) use gcalctool without Gnome?

Anyway, I suppose installed gnome-core alone doesn't solve the problem and you
need a runtime Gnome session too.

Uhm sorry, I said ~4s before, but I didn't time it.  It's actualy ~7s.  :(
