The key /schemas/desktop/gnome/background/draw_background seem to be totaly
ignored. gnome-background-properties does not set it while changing background
(if I disable that key by gconf-editor and then change wallpaper with
gnome-background-properties, key remains didabled, yet still changing desktop
background is possible).
And most of all: the background is being drawn, no mater what value
draw_background has.
