 Marco, please read the full bug log before closing: this is not about
 not shipping these files in the current package, it is about removing
 them when upgrading from versions which used to ship the file...

 The bug is tagged "wontfix" which means we won't implement a solution
 for it.  You can probably ignore bugs which we have already tagged
 wontfix.
