Bug#417535: libgtk2.0-0: bar under letter p (underline) is invisible

The bar under the letter p (signaling a hotkey) is invisible. Other
letters don't have this problem.

To reproduce this bug:
1. Run liferea 1.2.x.
2. Open Preferences, then GUI.

The first option is: "Show a popup window with new headlines."

The first 'p' of "popup" should be underlined, but the underline bar
is invisible.

The bug can also be reproduced with Gnome Terminal:
1. Run gnome-terminal.
2. Edit a profile (e.g. "Default").
3. Select "Colors" tab.

The last option is: "Color palette:". As Alt-p activates this option,
I suppose that the 'p' of "palette" should be underlined, but this is
not shown.
