this is a regression bug:

the gweather applet from experimental 
just never updates the wheather data (only "?" ist shown)

starting the applet from the cmdline it always says (not matter what
		location I set):

	(gweather-applet-2:1376): GWeather-WARNING **: Failed to get METAR data.
