Bug#419361: gnome-netstatus-applet: have some "pbs" with icons

Hi,

I use the gperfection2 icon set. In this set I have 2 set of differents icons in 24x24/app/ and 48x48/app with correct name. 
First I have noticed that the gnome-status-applet use only the 48x48 sized icons. with a little panel it doesn't look good.
Then when we click on the applet and we have the little windows with the info, I noticed that the icon is no more transparency...but my icon is transparent, so there is a pb here.
