Bug#421399: totem-xine: cannot find Real codecs with a pure installation

In order to let totem-xine use win32 codecs and Real codecs, two paths
have to be set:
	decoder.external.win32_codecs_path
	decoder.external.real_codecs_path
in totem_config, respectively.  With a pure installation of totem-xine
(no legacy config files left in ~/.gnome2), totem-xine 2.16 and before
used to creating a totem-addons dir in ~/.gnome2 and links codecs under
/usr/lib/win32/ there, and then set these two variables (maybe only
win32 codecs path is set, I'm not sure about it) are set to point to
this addons dir in totem_config when totem is first running.

For totem-xine 2.18, however, it seems that totem does not create
totem-addons and only win32 codecs path variable is set to
/usr/lib/codecs.  Because libxine1 (after 1.1.5) requires both of these
path variables are set, totem-xine 2.18 cannot find Real format codecs.

Totem-xine should set both of these two path variables explicitly to
point to /usr/lib/codecs or local addons dir (needs creating when first
running).
