Bug#421599: gnome-screenshot hangs for second user

Package: gnome-utils
Version: 2.18.1-1
The first user to use gnome-screenshot after a reboot has no problem.
When the next user invokes gnome-screenshot, it will hang after the Save
button is clicked, rather than saving the screenshot and exiting. The
first user continues to have no problem.
I believe that the problem is that gnome-screenshot
creates /tmp/gnome-screenshot/ with 700 permissions, owned by the first
user. Since this directory is deleted on boot, the first user has no
problem, but subsequent users cannot write to it.
I suggest that /tmp/gnome-screenshot/ be created with 1777 permissions.
I am using Debian Sid x86_64, updated daily, kernel 2.6.20-1-amd64 and
libc6 2.5-4.
